This Refund & Return Policy explains the process and terms for returning or requesting a refund on eligible products purchased through our website.

1. Return Eligibility

You can initiate a return under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return request is placed within 7 days of product delivery
  • The item is in its original packaging with tags, labels, manuals, and accessories (if any)

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”
  • Items used, damaged by customer, or missing original packaging
  • Personal hygiene products, kids’ toys after use, or seasonal items like rainwear once used

2. Refunds Eligibility

You may receive a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • You canceled the order before shipment
  • Product was returned successfully and passed quality check

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product fails our return inspection
  • The return was initiated beyond 7 days
  • The item is non-returnable (mentioned on product page)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@shopkarenge.com with the following:
    • Order ID
    • Product Name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos (if item is damaged or wrong)
  2. Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available), or guide you to self-ship the item
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of the status

4. Refund Timelines

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within:

  • 3–7 business days for prepaid orders
  • UPI/Wallet/Card refunds will reflect as per your bank’s processing time
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation

Please note: Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped
  • For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days

Orders once shipped cannot be canceled. You may raise a return request after delivery.
