This Refund & Return Policy explains the process and terms for returning or requesting a refund on eligible products purchased through our website.

1. Return Eligibility
You can initiate a return under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return request is placed within 7 days of product delivery
- The item is in its original packaging with tags, labels, manuals, and accessories (if any)
Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Products marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”
- Items used, damaged by customer, or missing original packaging
- Personal hygiene products, kids’ toys after use, or seasonal items like rainwear once used
2. Refunds Eligibility
You may receive a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- You canceled the order before shipment
- Product was returned successfully and passed quality check
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product fails our return inspection
- The return was initiated beyond 7 days
- The item is non-returnable (mentioned on product page)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@shopkarenge.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos (if item is damaged or wrong)
- Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available), or guide you to self-ship the item
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of the status
4. Refund Timelines
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within:
- 3–7 business days for prepaid orders
- UPI/Wallet/Card refunds will reflect as per your bank’s processing time
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation
Please note: Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
5. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped
- For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days
Orders once shipped cannot be canceled. You may raise a return request after delivery.
